Nelli dress has short sleeves, a comfortable cut under the chest and pockets in the side seams. It has a wrap top with stitching to keep it in place. Nelli dress has a lovely, bell-shaped hem with a light, almost skirt-length cotton lining. The dress is made of beautiful, embroidered lace fabric.
