For orders made after 25.11.2024 we offer a return policy until 10.1.2025.
It’s important to us that you are happy with your order, that is why returning your order is easy!
To be sustainable and to avoid unnecessary returns, we hope you will get to know our products before you purchase them. You can find a size guide from all our clothing products to make choosing the right size easier.
We offer a 30 day return period for our online store orders. For return of orders made after 1.9.2024. we deduct a 3 € processing fee from the refunded amount of the order.
Please note that an item will only be accepted for a refund under the following conditions:
• The item is unused, unworn, and in brand new condition with packaging intact and the original labels attached
• The item is returned within 30 days of the receipt date.
Please fill in this return form carefully and send it with the item(s) you are returning. If you’re unable to print out this form, an informal notice accompanied by your contact info, order number and details of the returned goods will be sufficient.

It’s your responsibility to cover the cost of postage when returning items from outside of Finland. You’re free to choose the form of delivery yourself.
It can then take up to few weeks for your refund to be fully processed. Please retain your proof of return until you receive your refund.
Please note that once your order has reached its destination, the item(s) will be available for pickup (or delivery to your home) for a certain amount of days only. The number of days is specified by each carrier. If you fail to pick up the item(s) from the carrier within this time, the item(s) are returned to us by the carrier. Such orders do not equal a return and are subject to a processing cost of 15 euros.
