During the Holidays, our return window has been extended to 8.1.2024 for orders made after 20.11.2023.
We would like you to feel confident when purchasing online and we want to make sure that you are satisfied with your purchase.
We offer a 30-day exchange and return period for online store orders.
Please note that an item will only be accepted for a refund or an exchange under the following conditions:
- The item is unused, unworn and in brand new condition with packaging intact and the original labels attached
- The item is returned within 30 days of the receipt date.
Please fill in this return form carefully and send it with the item(s) you are returning. If you’re unable to print out this form, an informal notice accompanied by your contact info, order number and details of the returned goods will be sufficient.

It’s your responsibility to cover the cost of postage when returning items from outside of Finland. You’re free to choose the form of delivery yourself.
It can then take up to few weeks for your refund to be fully processed. Please retain your proof of return until you receive your refund.
Please note that once your order has reached its destination, the item(s) will be available for pickup (or delivery to your home) for a certain amount of days only. The number of days is specified by each carrier. If you fail to pick up the item(s) from the carrier within this time, the item(s) are returned to us by the carrier. Such orders do not equal a return and are subject to a processing cost of 15 euros.
In the unlikely event that your purchase is faulty or damaged please contact us (firstname.lastname@example.org) to arrange a partial/full refund.
How to Exchange
