Honoured by Design

The story of the Ram chair began at Aarikka’s Leikki ei lopu design contest in 2024, where it received a unanimous honourable mention by the jury. The designer, Roosa Ryhänen, certainly wanted Aarikka’s Ram to form the basis for the product:

"I knew that Aarikka’s Ram should serve as the starting point and that I would find the right elements in it to develop the idea. Especially the horns of the Ram caught my interest and finally remained significantly remarkable elements in the chair’s design."
