Ordering is possible 24 hours per day.
Order confirmation will be sent by e-mail once an order is successfully placed. Please make sure the email address you provide is correct and your mailbox is in proper working order. If you find the order details incorrect, please contact us by e-mail immediately by replying to the order confirmation email.
If you so wish, we are able to deliver gifts directly to the recipient. At check out, please unbox “Ship to this address” and you will be able to add recipients contact information.
Unfortunately we do not take telephone orders.
All displayed prices include VAT. We reserve the right to change the prices without prior notice. When ordering inside the EU, your price is shown directly on each product page.

If the products that you order are in stock, the estimated delivery time is 2–5 business days in Europe and 3-10 business days in rest of the world. We reserve the right to cancel a transaction if the item you have ordered is not available.
We ship using GLS's and Posti's (Finnish National Post Service) delivery methods. Posti's partner couriers and/or carriers may vary in different countries. We mainly use GLS inside of the Europe and Posti in rest of the world.

The delivery costs, visible in the webshop's checkout page, include both delivery and packing costs.
Lost or Undelivered Items and Transport Damages
You are able to track your order via the link in e-mail from Shopify. If a parcel does not arrive at all please contact email@example.com for further information.
Despite careful packing, items sometimes get damaged during transport. If the product is damaged during transportation, please send us an image of the package and the damaged product by e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org
We would like you to feel confident when purchasing online and we want to make sure that you are satisfied with your purchase. We offer you 30 days to return or exchange your item.
In the unlikely event that your purchase is faulty or damaged please contact us to arrange a partial/full refund.
Please note that an item will only be accepted for a refund or an exchange under the following conditions:
- The item is unused, unworn and in brand new condition with packaging intact and the original labels attached
- The item is returned within 30 days of the receipt date.

The customer covers the cost of postage when returning items from outside of Finland. The customer may choose the form of delivery themselves.

In a Buy four (4), get one (1) free campaign, we offer you the least expensive item for free. If you return any items, the total sum of your items are recounted. Please note that the refunded amount may not be the same as the price of the items you ordered. If, after return, the order is not eligible for the discount, the value of the discount is deducted from the amount refunded.
We accept payments through credit cards (MasterCard, Visa, Visa Electron). Orders will be dispatched once payment confirmation has been received.
The credit card payment service is offered by Paytrail Oyj (Company registration number 2122839-7) in co-operation with banks and credit institutions. You as a consumer are not required to register or pay extra costs for using the payment service. Paytrail Oyj is an authorized payment institution supervised by the Financial Supervisory Authority (FIN-FSA). All data transfer and money transactions are SSL secured meaning that no external party can see your personal information. Paytrail Oyj will show as the recipient of the payment.
Our store is based in Finland. If you are ordering outside the EU, please note that the order total does not include duties, taxes and other fees as these are to be paid by the recipient. Please contact your local customs office for more information.
