Vellamo’s heart beats, in rhythm with the waves and streams. Sure of her name and stories, she remains the goddess of water. Serene and bold, she smiles to all, keeping the kingdom safe.

Blue water elf Vellamo is wearing a grey hat. Water elves are a great piece of Finnish, handmade decoration. They stand out in centrepieces and make for great gifts for friends of Finnish handcraft.

The Dialogue of Classic Design

Since the beginning, the design of Pipe candleholders has been defined by the mission to bring back the ball candle designed by Timo Sarpaneva. The ball candles were first introduced in Aarikka’s collection already in the 1960s and now rediscover their elegant glow in the perfectly round, delicate shapes of Pipe candleholders.
