Frost elf Paakari
I am frost elf Paakari, baker by the heart and a big lover of pastries. My favourite thing to do is roll dough with my tiny rolling pin. A tiny piece might wander into my mouth and makes my mouth water. Yum!
The frost family is perfect as a decoration on a dinner table, as an arrangement on the windowsill and of course as a gift for lovers of high-quality handicrafts from Finland.

Did you notice the wood grains?
Every wooden Aarikka item is unique, because every piece of wood is unique. Products are handmade, visible in them and the volume they are made in - small volumes for a need. So the small details of life are visible. Light stripes visible in the wooden pearls are made by Kaija's husband Erkki Ruokonen's unique technique, which is still used to hand-dye all wooden products in Raisio.
