Prices are in euros and include value added tax (VAT) 24%.

DELIVERY (in Finland)

You can choose whether you want to have products delivered to the post office or to your home or Posti Parcel Point. If you order home delivery, please provide your phone number on the order form so the post can arrange a delivery time.

At your request we can also have items intended as gifts wrapped and delivered to the recipient. In this case, if you order home delivery please provide the recipient's phone number so the post can arrange a delivery time.

If a product is in stock, delivery normally takes 2-5 working days. If a product is temporarily out of stock, you will be informed of the delay by e-mail.

DELIVERY (abroad)

Products will be delivered to your home address. If an order involves customs formalities or is subject to local taxes, we will contact you before sending the order. Please make sure your contact information is correct. We currently do not ship to Australia.

Home delivery €15


The postal charge for orders delivered outside Finland is €20.


According to Finnish consumer protection legislation, consumers have the right to exchange or return items within 14 days in distance selling.

You can inspect the products you have ordered from Aarikka for 14 days after receiving them and decide whether you want to keep them. If a product does not meet your expectations, you can return it or exchange it for another product within 14 days. This requires that the product has not been used and is in its original condition. A product must always be returned in its original package.

If you wish to return a package you can take it to the post office and send it free of charge to: Aarikka Oy, Nokiantie 2-4 C, 00510 Helsinki. Please write your own name and address on the return form supplied with the package. Attach a customer return address card (available at the post office) to the package and ask for a receipt showing that you have returned the package.

According to Finnish consumer protection legislation, we will return the amount you have paid to the bank account you have provided on the return notice. If you pay for online purchases in full or in part with a gift card, we will return the value of the original gift card in the form of a new gift card and remit any difference to the bank account you have provided.
